This role is an outstanding opportunity for a talented practitioner who is experienced in the methods and application of design thinking, co-creation delivery and company acceleration.
The successful candidate will be a part of bringing together large, complex design events and lead small-to-medium sized engagements.

Engagement Delivery - specialist skills:
Business knowledge and methodology: You can engage confidently with client content and contexts and apply design thinking philosophy, models and methods to deliver results
Delivery execution: Lead (with guidance) the design and delivery of smaller engagements and events, to:
Define Success: contribute to client conversations and translate needs into a clear scope and description of results and outputs required
Design the work: shape work and build fit for purpose client experinces using relevant methodologies and a robust design process
Deliver the outcomes and products: lead streams of work and working sessions, co-facilitate mid-sized (and lead smaller) engagements and events, manage creation of high-quality deliverables and outputs
Creativity: Bring curiosity, new ideas and concepts in how we design and deliver work, via a range of best practice methods and \xe2\x80\x98outside: in\xe2\x80\x99 thinking. Ascertain the appetite and confidently \xe2\x80\x98pushes the boundaries\xe2\x80\x99, in a fashion appropriate to the context
Engagement Delivery - core skills:
Client Experience: Bring an intent and outcome mindset and think systemically to map client issues. Build strong client relationships and guide the client journey to deliver a great holistic experience
Organise and Execute: You are great at planning and delivering projects; executing deliverables whilst balancing client and team needs.
Performance through People: Work closely in teams with awareness of strengths, weaknesses and preferences. Be a part of creating positive environments, enabling colleagues and clients to enjoy and excel at their work
Commercial rigour: Basic Understanding of pricing and track to deliver within budget
Communicate with Impact: You have excellent written skills and can produce near-client ready presentations. You effectively facilitate internal and client meetings with mid-senior level clients and can confidently deliver presentations to land with impact. Effectively vet and manage content appropriate to deliver client experiences.
Risk Mindfulness: Adhere to OW\'s risk management guidelines including protecting client confidential information. Avoid risk in delivery and pro-actively raise risk-related issues. Manages project close outs, sanitizing and archiving
Business Development:
Internal Stakeholders: Build relationships across the firm. Understand the internal landscape. Confidently articulate 8works\' role as a value proposition within Oliver Wyman engagements
Build client relationships: Present the 8works\xe2\x80\x99 value and demonstrate expertise in 8works\' methods in client conversations, pitches, and tours.
Identify Opportunities: Apply our value proposition to specific client needs. Assist in scoping opportunities with clients and OW Partners and grow existing engagements by identifying client needs.
Plan and Price Work: Understand the OW Commercial Model, key metrics and tools to confidently price engagements.
Build Winning Proposals: Build small-to-medium proposals, with minimal supervision. Design approaches that will deliver desired outcomes. Contribute to efforts to embed 8works in OW proposals. Build proposal documents and commercial models. Deliver pitches for small to medium proposals.
Helping build the 8works capability:
Strategy and Direction: Articulate and understand the 8works strategy.
Team Development: Enhance the team and contribute to broader firm through shaping ways in which we can improve, taking on defined roles and leading delivery of development initiatives
Knowledge and application: Absorb new content quickly; guide team members in acquiring knowledge and creatively utilize a variety of sources to inform thinking
Insights capture and sharing: Share new knowledge across the team and coordinate knowledge capture. Build awareness of available OW Intellectual Capital (IC) and how it can be used in our work.
Experience required:
A direct and practical work history in a large consulting firm environment.
Extensive application of design thinking / innovation / acceleration methodology while delivering large client facing engagements.
Evidence of facilitation expertise within large group design processes.

Familiarity with Adobe suite (eg Photoshop and InDesign) and Mural/ Miro are preferred but not essential.
