OliOli consists of 8 interactive galleries (each containing hands-on, open-ended, thought-provoking activities.)Embedded in the community it serves, OliOli will be a hub for issues relevant to all parents and be a rejuvenating destination for parents.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Business Analyst has the responsibility to understand, assess, analyze business functions, processes, and systems across the organization. The Business Analyst will research and implement process improvement and work with external stakeholders to co-ordinate implementation of new implementation systems.Please note that this position requires the analyst to work on-site at our premise in Dubai.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESAUDIT, ANALYSIS, RESEARCH & IMPLEMENTATION
Audit the current use of business and information systems in use by all departments and staff members by communicating with internal colleagues
Analyze and assess understand organizational functions, workflow and requirements
Identify areas to implement changes in order of priorities, to achieve efficiencies and improved workflow
Identify process improvements, research optimal solutions in the form of business process improvements and information systems solutions
Assess risks, create recommendations and present reports to key stakeholders for consideration and evaluation
Project manage the implementation of new business process and information systems across departments including SaaS and custom solutions such as CRM, HRMS, Accounting Systems.
Create Business Process and Information Systems Manuals
Staff Training (execution and co-ordination) for all Information Systems and Processes
SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION
Administration of various business information systems applications used by organization
Management of Visitor booking platform including creation and setup of new products in co-ordination with various departments, maintaining schedules, managing reporting
Managing requirements of key stakeholders for Data Analytics Reporting Dashboards and co-ordinating with Data Analyst to achieve these.
