Job Description

Mandatory having ADNOC Project experience having 5 to 10 years experience

Mandatory Requirement:

Bachelors' degree in Arch or Civil Engineering or any relevant engineering discipline

2 - 4 years experience in liaising and dealing with the approval process related to infrastructure projects related to Petrochemical Industry, EPC, FEED, brownfield, greenfield projects, wastewater treatment plant, pipe rack, horizontal vessel, Onshore Oil Field, Tank Terminal, tank farms, storage sheds, marine infrastructure, jetties, quays and causeways, loading arms, bulk loading systems, conveyors, pipelines, pumping stations with the specific statutory relevant authorities / stakeholders in Abu Dhabi Emirate and Western Region

Have crystal clear understanding of Authority processes, procedures and policies and ensure that these are adhered to during the design submission and review process

Broad technical understanding of Oil & Gas Sector. Mandatory ADNOC Onshore and Offshore Experience

Proficient in using CAD

Preferable Requirement (not mandatory):

Project Closeout preferable, not mandatory

Construction Contractual writing skill with fair knowledge of FIDIC Clauses, preferable, not mandatory

Ability to handle, review and respond to Contractor Submittals, RFI, SCR preferable, not mandatory

Ability to identify and address Project variation scope and change management with claim strategy, preferable, not mandatory

Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholder

Excellent interpersonal skills, with high competency in listening and communicating

Time management ability, competence in prioritizing tasks and workload, ability to work in fast paced Project Environment

Salary will be determined based on experience.
