We are seeking a skilled and experienced Offset Defense Expert to join our team for an immediate contract position. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in offset project management and analysis, with a strong ability to analyze investment and technology programs, provide detailed reports, and support various aspects of offset project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment/Technology Program Analysis: Analyze and evaluate investment and technology program concepts, providing comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations.
• Documentation Development: Develop and discuss detailed project analysis documentation, including proposed amounts, risks, obsolescence, market trends, project management requirements, technical manpower, and stakeholders.
• Client Support: Assist in studies related to new offset contract templates, offering insights and recommendations based on analysis.
• Proposal Evaluation: Assess offset proposals and business plans, support Term Sheet negotiations, and provide strategic input to facilitate decision-making.



Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in offset project management and analysis, with a track record of successfully handling offset projects.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to create detailed documentation and reports.
• Preferred Experience: Experience with past offset projects is highly desirable.
