Offset Assistant Operator
Job Description
Machine operation assistance
? Help the operator in preparing the machine by Preparing the colors and paper size upon the requested job
? Changing the plates
? Load and unloads the sheets in the machines
? Prepare the pallets
? Fill the ink that the operator has already prepared
? Prepare the needed sheets for the production
? Keep the machines clean at all time
Reporting
- Conduct reports on machine status to track waste, quality and speed
- Report any malfunction of the machine to immediate senior in order to find a proper solution
Educational Requirements
ITI
High School Certificate
Or Any Degree in Printing
Knowledge, Technical Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in plastic card or hi-tech printing industry.
- Printing knowledge
- Knowledge of ink and UV ink
- Knowledge of UV printing
- Knowledge of color
- Knowledge to operate printing machine with 4 or more colors
