Kredium is looking for an experienced and motivated Off-Plan Roadshow Real Estate Consultant to join our Dubai team. This role involves promoting and selling off-plan properties through roadshows and various marketing events. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing:
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote off-plan properties.
  • Organize and participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to showcase our properties.
  • Conduct presentations and provide detailed information about the properties to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a network of clients to generate leads and sales.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized property recommendations based on client requirements.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the real estate sector.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and development teams to improve product offerings and strategies.
Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and documentation.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met in the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and financial transactions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties in the UAE.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
