• Client Consultation : Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences for off-plan properties.
• Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, property values, and upcoming developments.
• Property Listings : Present and explain off-plan projects, including floor plans, specifications, and projected timelines.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to attract potential buyers and investors.
• Networking : Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, and other real estate professionals.
• Showings : Organize and conduct site visits to showcase properties and developments.
• Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and pricing between buyers and developers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Documentation : Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation for transactions.
• Customer Service : Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the buying process and beyond.
• Marketing : Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for off-plan properties.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all transactions adhere to local real estate laws and regulations.
• Follow-Up : Maintain communication with clients post-sale to foster long-term relationships and referrals.
Salary Package:
Range: 1000 AED - 2000 AED with 40-50% commission
Visa: to be discussed in the interview.
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 10 am - 6 pm.
