Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Engage and close deals using agency-provided high-quality leads and your personal network.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, providing tailored advice on off-plan investments.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed on market trends, project launches, and opportunities within Dubai's off-plan property market.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to Blueprint Properties' success.

Qualifications and Success Criteria

Proven Experience: A strong track record in off-plan property sales, with a history of closing high-value deals.

Market Expertise: In-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market, particularly off-plan developments.

Exceptional Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with a client-focused approach.

Ambitious and Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.

Multilingual (a plus): Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
