About the JobRender technical administrative support to the assigned department in various matters related to documentation, contracts administration, data gathering, periodic reporting and internal & external coordination with concerned partiesKey Accountabilities
Assist in the preparation of the HSE biennial plans, activities, budget and work plans in line with the functional requirements.
Prepare monthly activities plan according to the allocated HSE task and approval by Department Manager.
Develop and maintain a record of HSE activities and their implementation, including regular monitoring of the utilization of HSE programs for future reference and management reporting.
Prepare analytical notes for presentations at meetings with senior management and for internal team reviews.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the procurement plan for the Department.
Assist in the preparation and review of HSE documentation related to Internal / External HSE audit, review of Personal Protective equipment requirement, on a periodic basis for continuous improvement.
Coordinate and facilitate Department committee meetings including preparation of agenda, recording the minutes of meeting and coordinating other administrative requirements.
Prepare monthly HSE statistic reports and other periodic/ adhoc reports as required by the Department Manager.
Assist in imparting awareness in HSE areas including as part of the Department communication plans/ programs.
Participate in preparation of detailed reports of environmental investigations and follows-up with operations to formulate recommendations for remedial actions to be adopted.
Carries out other related duties as assigned by the Management to fully contribute to the wide range of unit activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant degree
At least 4 years experience in document control discipline, preferably with 3 years in HSE environment.
