  • Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.
  • Monitor cleaning staff performance and provide training as necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with external cleaning contractors as needed.
Procurement Management
  • Manage the procurement process for office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement activities.
Administration Management
  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Manage office budget and expenses, including tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support their administrative needs.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage documentation.
  • Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner.
  • Demonstrate compliance to organisations values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the organisation.

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Diploma or bachelors degree in business administration, Finance or a related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Procurement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English Language.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and ethical judgement.
Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in administration.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the specific industry your company operates in (e.g., construction, technology, healthcare) can be beneficial.
