Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.
Monitor cleaning staff performance and provide training as necessary.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Coordinate with external cleaning contractors as needed.
Procurement Management
Manage the procurement process for office supplies, equipment, and services.
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement activities.
Administration Management
Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
Manage office budget and expenses, including tracking and reporting.
Coordinate with various departments to support their administrative needs.
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage documentation.
Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Finance or a related field.

Proficiency in Procurement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English Language.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and ethical judgement.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in administration.
