MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: * To manage all the administrative activities of Revenue Management ensuring complete ownership of departmental costs, budgets, contracts, and invoices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manages daily department administration duties, serving as a focal point for all internal and external department communications.
Maintains departmental contract and key databases, validates vendor invoices, and prepares customized reports ensuring cost and budgetary controls.
Prepares and publishes key Revenue Management performance metrics such as, Critical Seat Factor, Denied Boardings, and Group Performance regularly for Chiefs and department heads.
Coordinates the implementation of Interline Staff Travel Agreements over the MyID Travel platform and Zonal Employee Discount - Multilateral Interline Business Agreement (ZED MIBA) forum website for flydubai employees with worldwide airlines.
Keeps abreast with ZED MIBA forum and MyID Travel community updates and manuals and acts as a primary flydubai representative in industry working groups.
Develops and provides monthly and weekly reports, by monitoring performance trends of Leisure Staff Travel .
Supports department meetings by creating and distributing agendas and minutes ensuring appropriate follow up in both external and internal forums.
Manages details of special events, seminars, conferences, travel arrangements, corporate agendas, and itineraries.
Provides executive-level support to SVP Revenue Management and acts as a primary liaison with other department heads.
Manages staff travel agreements with worldwide airlines over MyID travel platform and ZED MIBA forum.
Provides reports to the Chiefs and SVPs of Commercial Department on key Revenue Management metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
Fluent in English
