For more information, please visit:PurposeTo support R2R process across IHS, perform General Ledger Accounting, Closing and Reporting for the assigned entities and finalize high quality balance sheet reconciliations in line with internal controls framework and external reporting/compliance standards.Key Roles & Responsibilities
Perform all Month End Closing Activities, including the calculation and processing of manual journal entries,
Process and reconcile of intercompany transactions
Perform FX revaluation
Perform account analysis to ensure completeness of entries and accuracy of account balances
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare P&L analysis report with trend analysis and review with the stakeholders
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Reports for use by local and group management teams
Prepare ad-hoc reports to support business decisions
Complete group reporting within the Group deadlines
Prepare Cash flow report
Support change, process standardization & continuous improvement mindset across IHS
Manage relationships with other teams to ensure the completeness of Closing activities
Ensure compliance to internal control policies/processes in day-to-day tasks assigned

End to End process standardisation, optimisation and automation

Hands on ERP System experience
Working knowledge of applicable IFRS and IAS (IFRS 9, 15, 16 and IAS 7,12, 16, 36 and 37
Deep understanding of the end-to-end R2R processes
At least 5-6 years experience in related field (essential)
Recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) (essential)
Advanced Excel skills (essential)
Worked in Shared Services type environment (desirable)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (desirable)
