For more information, please visit:PurposeTo support S2P process optimisation and best practice across IHS, perform PO processing (with or without a purchase requisition) and creation / maintenance of vendor/suppliers master data for the assigned entities.Key Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with procurement policy and procedures, monitoring and overseeing corporate procurement practices.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in procurement related processes and practices to improve efficiency and enhance effectiveness.
Create Purchase Order and share to Supplier/Requester within the required Turn-Around-Time
Manage queries and issues from both stakeholders and suppliers.
Track the status of Requisition and Purchase Order
Explore for continuous process improvements and share best practices across teams.
Contribute to team metrics by achieving stated productivity and accuracy goals daily
Support onboarding processes where appropriate working with the sourcing manager, other procurement & supply chain SSC team members, master data team and accounts payable. e.g., due diligence, data collection for system onboarding, etc.

Knowledge of best practice in this area, and experience delivering continuous improvement activities.
Experience in working across multiple global entities and time zones
QualificationsEducation
Preferred - (MCIPS or equivalent functional qualification)
Experience
Recognized procurement experience.
3-5 years Procurement experience across Industry, consulting, or outsourcing organizations
Global exposure or experience in working on geographically dispersed teams will be an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Good interpersonal skills and team player
Can communicate fluently, swiftly, and assertively.
Understanding of Procurement concepts and principles
Target oriented with strong focus on meeting SLA Commitments
Eye for detail and accuracy, Ability to bring and share best practice.
Expenses and Accounts Payable in-depth fusion knowledge and experience is required.
English language required with fluent Portuguese and French language a benefit
