Work closely with his/her superiors for the development of the marine personnel department strategic plan in line with ADNOC Logistics & Services strategy.
Vessel Manning and Employee Status
Focal point in day-to-day activities, follow up with the crew manager where necessary in order to ensure that vessels are manned in line with requirements (ship type, rotation type) and any applicable standards, rules, policies and procedures.
Follow all administrative activities leading to obtaining marine personnels visas, security clearance and other official documentation in order to ensure employee status complies with company, country and industry requirements.
Circulate the applications, coordinate with the Superintendents for interviewing the candidates. Provides administrative support, and short list suitable candidates so that the business requirements for marine personnel are satisfied in a cost effective and timely manner.

Assist his superiors to implements the marine personnel compensation & benefits in order to contribute to the creation of a healthy working environment that fosters good employee relations, rewards performance and ensures an upward performance curve.

Minimum QualificationBachelors degree with Marine backgroundMinimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
At least 3 years of experience as a Marine Personnel Officer or related jobs including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, policies & procedures.
Fair knowledge in the International legislation and regulation of IMO in particular the STCW convention as amended, ISPS, MLCetc
