Primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing effective learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, productivity, and job satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver employee training programs that align with the NMC\'s goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Analyze data and feedback to determine priority areas for learning and development interventions.
Develop and execute a comprehensive training and development strategy that aligns with the NMC\'s goals and objectives.
Collaborate with departmental managers to identify, assess, and prioritize training needs across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Design and develop training programs, courses, and materials for both in-person and online delivery.
Oversee the delivery of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure they meet the intended learning objectives.
Utilize various instructional design methodologies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs by conducting needs assessments, analyzing feedback, and making necessary adjustments
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure that all training records are accurate and up to date.
Proficiency in conducting needs assessments, designing innovative curricula, developing high-quality content, facilitating diverse training formats/modality, implementation of instructional design process and evaluating learning outcomes for continuous improvement.
Application of ADDIE to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training, integrating Bloom\'s Taxonomy for enhanced learning.
Take ownership of your allocated region to drive engagement initiatives through a consultative approach, including regular site visits, onsite informal learning initiatives, learning support for projects.
Spearheading the creation of online learning content and cultivating an active author platform and community, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing, program evaluation, and performance consulting.

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.

Proficiency in learning management systems and other e-learning technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, or related fields. Master\'s degree will be an advantage.
ATD, or CIPD certification will be added advantage.
5 years of experience in Learning and Development, 3 years in preferably in a senior role, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
