:Human Resources Business Partner directly supporting the Human Resources Manager in all matters concerning the effective functioning of the Human Resources DepartmentResponsibilities:Shortlisting candidates, classifying them under appropriate categories, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews as required. xefx82xb7 Verifying the documents of the candidates as per PQR (Professional Qualification Requirements). xefx82xb7 Sending Job Offer to selected candidates and following up with them with regard to their acceptance or rejection of the offer, tentative date of joining, etc. xefx82xb7 Facilitating pre-employment medical checkup and making sure the candidate is fit to join the hospital. xefx82xb7 Applying facility license for the candidates and making sure that it will be ready on the time frame given for onboarding. xefx82xb7 Applying Medical Malpractice insurance once the license is ready. xefx82xb7 Applying Employment visa/labor permit for the candidates. xefx82xb7 Applying health insurance for the candidates. xefx82xb7 Provide an HR Induction before the candidates get on boarded. xefx82xb7 Onboarding of the newly joined employees. xefx82xb7 Preparing the welcome kit and hand over to the newly joined employee on his/her first day and officially introducing him/her to the Senior Management as well as the Heads of various Departments. xefx82xb7 Maintaining the employees' files in the system as per the JCIA requirements. xefx82xb7 Time and attendance and leave management of all employees and furnishing relevant data to the finance department for computation of monthly pay of employees. xefx82xb7 Monitoring performance of employees by maintaining a track of their probation, and appraisals. xefx82xb7 Applying, monitoring and keeping a track of the new/renewal of visa/labor of the employees. xefx82xb7 Preparing monthly manpower reports and KPI's. xefx82xb7 Preparing and facilitating the end of service of the resigned employees.Qualifications:Graduate
