Effective management of end to end Business travel requirements which include air tickets, hotels, visa services and transport arrangements (airport transfers, chauffeur services)
Ensure timely renewal, operational support and administration of Banks car fleet services with driver
Related contract renewals and payments for services
Ensuring compliance to predefined SLAs, policy and procedures whilst ensuring high standards of service
Strive towards service excellence and continuous improvement
Ensure business operations continuity
Maintain up to date related MIS and use data analytics to drive change management whilst working towards continuous improvements
Provide cross functional support as required
Strategically plan and lead improvement initiatives and projects
Ensure business operations continuity and high customer satisfactionQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor in Hotel Management & Catering Technology / Airline Diploma
5+ years\' rich experience in the hospitality and travel industry sector
Fluent in English both in reading and writing.
Good knowledge of MICROSOFT products (Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)
