Coordinate with concerned engineers for feedback.
Prepare Summary of received quotes for Manager review and approval.
Once approved coordinate with QC team to raise AFE/MR/PR.
Once PO issued coordinate with supplier for work plan.
Supervise the project during execution.
Final inspection and signing of job completion report. 5. Review monthly performance report submitted by all service providers and sign off the WCR. 6. Follow up for all security related projects. 7. Coordinate with internal departments for the requirements like NOC, Notices, or any other requirements. 8. Coordinate with external clients to resolve issues. 9. Address and rectify issues raised by client either via telephone, email, or Dubai trade. 10. Review reports received from inspectors and provided feedback. 11. Review weekly and monthly reports and submit them to Management. 12. Review and maintain updated contracts for all the services carried out within Accommodation areas. 13. Security projects follow up report. 14. Coordinate with HSE for all HSE requirements. 15. Prepare improvement plan. 16. Prepare Annual budget. 17. Keeping track of all approved quotes, monthly expense summary, cricket ground booking, isolation ward admittance, invoices for revenue share suppliers, NOC, SOL 18. All issues and service contracts related to South G+10. 19. Improvement of existing process and procedure #LI-JS4
