Identify retail sales opportunities and generate leads to achieve the monthly targets as per the productivity matrix.
Perform activities to generate leads like cold calling and flyer distribution.
Arrange meetings with customers and conduct visit to introduce the company\'s products on a daily basis.
Understand and evaluate customer\'s requirement and needs to offer the appropriate product. Collect complete and valid required documents and information from customers and hand them over to the Team Leader.
Coordinate with customers to provide any additional documents / information requested by the Team Leader and Area Sales Manager.
Track applications on a daily basis with the Team Leader and ensure customers are kept posted on progress of their application (TAT).
Ensure all customer complaints are resolved efficiently and professionally within the agreed TAT or escalate them to the Team Leader or Area Sales Manager as per the escalation matrix.
Improve visibility and brand image of the company and ensure a high quality of sales submission is carried out.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent customer service and after sales support.
Have regular meetings with the Team Leader to list new companies as potential target market.
Regularly provide feedback on the market sales trends and the product value to Team Leader and recommend improvement to meet sales targets.
Daily, weekly and monthly data reporting to the Team Leader as per the required standard.
Keep up to date with the knowledge of products, policies, documentation, restrictions and promotions.
Adhere to the Code of Conduct and company policies when conducting all acquisitions and after sales activities.
Self-management Responsibilities:
Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.
Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
