Support the Manager, HR in the development and implementation of all HR initiatives and systems; being actively involved in preparing and monitoring documentation.
Support employees in processing, record management, health insurance, pension application and deletion, immigration, child allowances for UAE Nationals and any compensation processing.
Support payroll in establishing precedents and communicate changes resulting from pay practice updates and/or changes.
Support the training section in conducting orientation sessions for new employees explaining personnel policies, compensation, benefit programs etc. Update employees on changes in policy and UAE Labour Law as applicable and as required.
Maintain and update HR databases and manual filing systems; submit reports as required.
Manage document flow and maintain all personnel documentation in compliance with UAE Law and corporate document retention requirements (personnel files, visa requirements and insurance applications).
Assist in employee documentation, confirmations and employee verifications.
Prepare and monitor warning letters, service letters, out-processing documents, Competency Verification Records (CVRs), evaluations and confirmation letters.
Perform quality work as part of the ISO 9001 program.
Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives
Manage the capture, maintenance and development of reports to monitor the organisational unit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including timely completion of high priority reports.
Prepare HR metrics for the Manager, Program HR to be presented on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to senior management
Provide HR process support for employees including new hire/transfer processing, employee records, health insurance, immigration and any compensation processing.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline is preferred.
A minimum of two years of experience in HR/personnel support, handling extensive HR issues is required
Key Skills:
Good working knowledge in MS Excel and Power Point
Excellent organisational and strong interpersonal skills are an advantage.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritise and multi-task is preferred.
Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office software is preferred.
The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is required
