MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLETo oversee and manage all aspects of crew accommodations during layovers, ensuring comfortable and suitable lodging arrangements during crew-scheduled rest periods between flights.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates with hotels and accommodation providers to secure suitable lodging and transportation for crew members.
Starts-up and follows-up visits, to audit health and safety aspects of facilities.
Audits transportation for secure and safe movement of crew to hotel facilities.
Evaluates the quality and suitability of accommodation options by gathering feedback from crew members and conducting performance audit of hotels regularly.
Liaises with contracted vendors on crew-related incidents on the property.
Addresses any issues or concerns raised by crew regarding their accommodations and resolve them promptly and effectively.
Maintains up-to-date data to feed the Crew Briefing document with the facilities\' particularities.
Provides guidance and support to crew members regarding policies, procedures, and available amenities.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to crew accommodation management.
Liaises with crew scheduling and operations department to obtain accurate information on crew layovers and accommodation requirements.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in crew accommodation management, making recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Conducts audits to evaluate the suitability of Family Assistance hotels for Business Continuity and Emergency Response purposes and assesses the outstation facilities on behalf of Business Continuity.
Supports the Psychoactive Substances Management Program (PSMP) by conducting audits of on-suspicion laboratories for Drug and Alcohol testing, ensuring compliance with PSMP regulations.
