It is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company having a wide range of products and services catering to all income groups for both nationals and expatriates.Job PurposeTo perform the responsibilities of the ATM and Card Operations, support the Card operations Manager to ensure all ATM operations are effectively and efficiently performed.Job Responsibilities
Process ATM transactions processing (from authorization to settlement)
Process daily Interchange Settlements and perform the daily/periodic Reconciliation with internal and external systems
Process Charges Back and Disputes in a timely manner, maintain records/documentation as per the established procedures and regulatory requirements
Provide excellent Customer Service is provided to Card holders through the available channels such as Branches, Central Unit, and Call Centre
To provide support to business on operational and compliance matters as and when required
Adhere to card operations systems and procedures established
Prepare timely reports required for monitoring daily tasks and activities of the Department
Identify errors through the review of reports and ATM journals, and coordinate internally and externally to resolve the issues
Job RequirementsQualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in any field
Experience
Minimum 2 years in a Banking/Financial environment with Prepaid or Debit/Credit Cards operations
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Card Schemes (UAE based experience preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ATM and related technologies including the operation of NCR type of other types of ATM\'s
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of Card Management Systems/Platforms, ATM operations, and switch network operations
Knowledge of knowledge of ATM operations, including hardware, software, communication, and security
Knowledge of Back-end operations of Cards such Debit/Credit/Pre-paid/Gift/Travel, and others
Knowledge of Exchange House operations, specifically of WPS/Payroll
Analytical and methodical approach
Results-oriented
Excellent communication and listening skills
Fluent in written and oral English
