• Serving Tea/Coffee:
• Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff, visitors, and clients.
• Ensuring beverages are served at appropriate times, such as during meetings or breaks.
• Cleaning Duties:
• Keeping the office clean and tidy by maintaining the cleanliness of common areas (e.g., kitchen, restrooms, office hallways).
• Emptying trash cans, cleaning desks, and ensuring that the office environment is neat.
• Assisting with Office Supplies:
• Helping in managing and maintaining office supplies, such as replenishing paper, pens, and other stationary materials.
• Reporting low stock or ordering new supplies as needed.
• Supporting Administrative Staff:
• Assisting other office staff with basic tasks as needed, such as organizing files, photocopying, or taking messages.
• Helping in setting up meeting rooms by arranging seating, preparing refreshments, and ensuring that equipment is ready.
• Customer Service:
• Greeting visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring they are comfortable, and guiding them appropriately in the office.
• Assisting with Office Maintenance:
• Reporting any office equipment malfunction or maintenance issues (e.g., air conditioning, lighting).
• Ensuring proper functioning of basic office equipment like water dispensers or coffee machines.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic Communication Skills : Ability to communicate politely and effectively with staff, visitors, and clients.
• Attention to Detail : Ensuring all tasks are done properly, especially when it comes to cleanliness and serving.
• Punctuality & Reliability : Being on time for work and tasks, such as preparing refreshments at the right time.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to perform tasks that may require standing, walking, or lifting.
• Positive Attitude : Being friendly and approachable to staff and guests.
