Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Office Staff member to handle insurance claims, damage warranties, spare parts ordering, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in the optical industry and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Insurance Claims:
• Process and manage insurance claims related to optical products.
• Liaise with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate claim settlements.
• Maintain records of all insurance claims and follow up as necessary.
• Damage Warranty:
• Handle warranty claims for damaged optical products.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for warranty replacements and repairs.
• Ensure all warranty claims are processed efficiently and documented properly.
• Spare Parts Ordering:
• Identify and order necessary spare parts for optical products.
• Manage inventory levels of spare parts to ensure availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to place orders and track deliveries.
• Customer Service:
• Assist customers with inquiries related to insurance, warranties, and spare parts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve any issues or concerns related to insurance and warranty claims promptly.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
• Prepare reports related to insurance, warranty claims, and spare parts inventory.
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: College Graduate
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the optical industry.
• Knowledge: Understanding of optical products, insurance processes, warranty claims, and spare parts management.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
