We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of Excel and Word, as well as proficiency in English-speaking and the ability to effectively communicate with engineers. Responsibilities: - Manage office operations and administrative tasks efficiently - Utilize Excel and Word for data entry, reporting, and documentation - Communicate effectively with engineers and assist in coordinating their schedules - Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner - Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment Requirements: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word - Excellent English-speaking skills - Ability to communicate effectively with engineers - Strong organizational and time management skills - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Please submit your resume and cover letter
