We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated secretary to join our team. As a secretary, you will be responsible for supporting our office and ensuring its smooth operation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to our office.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Coordinate meetings and events.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents.
Maintain filing systems and databases.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary or Office Supervisor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proactive Attitude : A self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative.
Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Educational Background
Bachelor's required
Preferred Nationality
Philippines or Arab
Experience :
Secretary/Office Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
