Responsibilities: - Adhere to company guidelines and ensure accurate and complete quotations. - Recording Meeting Minutes: - Receive important information from meetings and sessions. - Ensure meeting minutes are properly organized and executed for review and reference. - Assist the Director of Operations with Documentation and Other Office Tasks: - Provide support for documentation tasks such as preparing contracts, memoranda, and other official documents. - Ensure smooth office workflow by responding to client inquiries, answering calls, and responding to emails. Requirements: - Relevant Education and Qualifications: - Completed relevant courses in office administration or management. - Experience in preparing quotations and recording meeting minutes is an advantage. - Excellent Communication Skills: - Proficient in both written and verbal communication in Filipino and English. - Ability to interact with individuals from various levels and sectors of the company and clients. - Organizational and Financial Management Skills: - Ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
