We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Secretary & Administrative Assistant to manage our office operations in Ajman Free Zone. You will be working closely with a small team and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the office environment and ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Organize and manage client documents, files, and records.
• Handle social media pages and assist in creating and scheduling posts.
• Assist in preparing documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office management role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with managing social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
