Providing administrative and business support to company CEO.
Extensively manage e-mails including checking incoming/outgoing emails and following up as necessary.
Respond accurately to internal and external information requests.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Organize travel arrangements, booking flights, accommodation.
Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments.
Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.
Perform basic banking and book-keeping task for personal.
Maintaining demanding calendars for all senior executive team, which includes arranging and coordinating all meetings, internally and externally, as well as teleconferences.
Organizing P & L meetings every quarter, along with coordinating other staff events.
Co-ordinating with procurement team for clearing and ensuring timely outstanding payment.
