Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Abu Dhabi. The Office Manager will ensure the smooth running of the office, provide administrative support, and contribute to creating a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Office Administration: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Maintain office equipment and arrange for necessary repairs.Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office space. Reception Duties: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence. Event Planning and Coordination: Organize office events, meetings, and conferences.Coordinate logistics for internal and external events. Staff Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary office supplies.Support HR in maintaining employee records and other administrative tasks. Financial Duties: Monitor and manage office budgets and expenditures.Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between office staff and the management team.Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
