Dubai, UAE SALARY: 7,000 AED - 10,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentWe are seeking an experienced Office Manager / Office Secretary to join a growing Family Office in Business Bay, Dubai.The ideal candidate should have experience working in a secretarial / office administration role for a private family office or investment firm and be extremely organised, detail orientated, able to multi-task and have exceptional communication skills.The position is only open to candidates currently based in the UAE.Key responsibilities / requirements.
Manage daily operations and ensure smooth running of the office.
Assist with implementation of office policies and procedures.
Manage executive calendars, appointments and meetings.
Organize and maintain office documents/filing systems.
Coordinate travel arrangements as and when required.
Handle office procurement.
Identify and resolve any administrative issues.
Greet and welcome office visitors.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Requirements.
At least 3 years\' experience in an office administration role.
Experience working for Family Office / Investment firm (non-negotiable)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (proficiency in Arabic preferred but not essential)
Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
Candidates able to start immediately are preferred.
