THE ROLE We are looking for an Office Manager to join Snowflake's growing Global Workplace operations team, based in one of our newest offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a self-starter that can work independently and perform a variety of tasks. You will perform two essential functions; be responsible for the smooth running of our new central Riyadh office, and; provide administrative support for our most senior regional executives, who will be based in the Riyadh office. The role will require you to be in the office every day (including days when no other employees are expected to be there), and with no direct supervision you need to be comfortable working independently. Duties include; managing day-to-day office operations, supporting the executive suite, ordering office supplies, arranging food and beverage, supporting visits by VIP's and customers, and providing administrative support for executives when in the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and experience as an office manager or executive assistant. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office. Help to ensure all building and maintenance practices, procedures, regulations, etc. are followed. Liaise with the landlord. Ensure the office is clean, organized, stocked, well-maintained and ready for use at all times by employees based in Riyadh as well as the senior level Execs. Support our Real Estate administration team with administration and analysis tasks as directed. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.

Administrative Support: Perform an extensive array of core administrative tasks. Create, organize and maintain team mailing lists, folders, drives for your executives. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Attend team meetings and track action items, assist with day-to-day projects, help build and improve processes and systems. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and staff. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly. Perform recruiting coordination duties for potential candidates including scheduling, welcoming candidates on-site and answering general candidate questions.

Finance and Accounting: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.

Customer Service: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Handle customer inquiries and provide information as needed. REQUIREMENTS Saudi Arabian national. Must have a valid Saudi Arabian identity card and proof of citizenship 3+ years of Office Management, Administration, Hospitality or customer service experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant Excellent computer skills Fantastic communication skills and comfortable interacting with senior executives and VIPs A self-starter, comfortable working independently, assuming responsibility without direct supervision Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle interruptions with a positive, professional attitude SKILLS Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple stakeholders, functions and tasks Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Google Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump into a myriad of projects Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of office management systems and procedures PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES Language: Fluency in Arabic and English Personal Traits: Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
