Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and supervise administrative and support staff
  • Manage office budget and expenses
  • Handle office procurement and inventory management
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the company
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws relating to office management
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment and onboarding
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an office manager or in a similar role
  • Prior experience in the financial industry, preferably in a hedge fund or asset management firm
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of office management best practices and procedures
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
