We are looking for a dedicated and experienced female Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and well-organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office activities, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining office supplies.
• Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to executives and staff, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
• Facility Management: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, clean, and safe. Coordinate with building management and service providers as needed.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage office budget, including expenses related to supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Vendor Relations: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.
• Event Planning: Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Technology Management: Oversee the use and maintenance of office technology, including computers, printers, and software systems.
• Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as necessary to support office functionality and staff productivity.
