Job Title: Office Manager
Location: DIP 2
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and maintenance.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Assist in HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of office management software and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred, but not required.
