Greenbull is seeking an autonomous office manager who has a strong blend of organisational, administrative, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth daily operations within an office setting.

Key Responsibilities
? Office Supplies & Equipment
Ordering office supplies and equipment.
Overseeing the printer's functionality, supplies, and maintenance.
? Facilities & Maintenance
Managing air conditioning (AC) issues and maintenance.
Monitoring office conditions and maintenance, ensuring safety and wellness.
Supervising and scheduling cleaning staff.
Coordinating office repairs and maintenance.
Coordinating office decorations for events and special occasions.
? Technology & IT Management
Handling internet service and connectivity.
Managing laptop, MacBook setups, and overseeing IT-related needs in the office with the assistance of an external IT company.
Understanding office equipment, software, and communication systems (e.g., phone, email, and video conferencing platforms).
? Reception & Front Desk Management
Greeting clients or external partners at the reception and acting as the first point of contact.
Managing meeting room bookings and coffee.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail or courier services.
? Administrative Duties
Handling paperwork, filing systems (both digital and physical), and ensuring data confidentiality and security.
Organizing and filing receipts.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Able to create a welcoming and positive environment for clients, visitors, and employees.
Familiarity with basic IT processes and setups, including managing laptops, internet connectivity, and coordinating with external IT support.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
Polite, well-presented, and approachable, with a friendly and inviting demeanor.
