Job Description

Admin Duties:

• Manage the Executive Management Business Calendar
• Draft professional business correspondence and letters
• Visitor's first point of contact
• Arranging meeting involving clients/suppliers and the CEO
• Facilitate communication between management and business units
• Searching for supplier and potential partner related to the company
• Monitor the CEO's email correspondence
• Manage Communication with PRO
• Establish a Systematic filing system for easy access to data
• Availability within and outside the working hours to support any urgent need or requirement.
• Basic knowledge in accounting
