As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office, overseeing administrative activities and providing essential support to our team. You\'ll play a crucial role in maintaining office efficiency, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and administrative tasks, including but not limited to, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Coordinate office events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Oversee facilities management, including maintenance requests, equipment procurement, and workspace organization to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.
Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating performance reviews.
Handle financial tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget management in collaboration with the finance department.
Support executive team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, management, or relevant field preferred.
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, with a strong understanding of office procedures and best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
Previous experience in HR or finance-related tasks is a plus.
