As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office, overseeing administrative activities and providing essential support to our team. You\'ll play a crucial role in maintaining office efficiency, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks, including but not limited to, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate office events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Oversee facilities management, including maintenance requests, equipment procurement, and workspace organization to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating performance reviews.
  • Handle financial tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget management in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Support executive team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, management, or relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, with a strong understanding of office procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
  • Previous experience in HR or finance-related tasks is a plus.
