Job Summary: Looking for an Office Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • The office manager will be required to oversee daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning, as well as supporting various departments and teams
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • The applicant must have practical experience as an office manager or relevant administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Good knowledge of HR procedures as well as office management best practices is a plus
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite as well as other relevant tools
  • Must have experience with administrative and clerical work
