Our client is a private equity firm based in Dubai who are looking for an experienced Office Manager. This individual will also have previous client services experience. The successful candidate will ensure the general day to day running and operations of the company are in good order. Experience in client services and management are necessary for this role.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all client details and information remains up to date at all times
Complete quarterly newsletters and monthly blogs
Communicate with clients regarding new business, referrals and new opportunities
Respond to and handle client complaints professionally
Schedule client meetings as required
Communicate with clients regularly to ensure a strong service and relationship
Maintain and update a calendar for client events
Address client service inquiries and report any client issues
Organise filing of client documentation and to do so in a secure manner
Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Conduct one to one wellness meetings with staff every 3 months
Ensure day to day operations of the office are smooth as Management are not permanently based in the Dubai office
Ensure the company culture and a positive, happy environment is maintained at all times
Assist with completion of staff pay each month
Requirements:
Proven experience (3 years minimum) within a customer service role, preferably in the financial, private banking or private equity industry
Sales experience in financial industry will be a benefit but not essential
Must have management experience
Fluent in English - must be well spoken in person and over the telephone
A warm customer service approach always
Must be presentable and smart
Adopt the company culture
