The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing executive support, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role requires fluency in Arabic and English, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities: * Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to senior management and staff.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
Executive Assistance:
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage executives\' calendars and prioritize tasks.
Assist in preparing meeting agendas and materials.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Team Coordination:
Support HR in onboarding new employees and facilitating orientation.
Coordinate team events, meetings, and training sessions.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Communication:
Serve as a liaison between departments and ensure effective communication.
Translate documents, emails, and other materials from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Facilitate communication with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Miscellaneous:
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Perform other duties as required to support the organization.
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in the finance or investment sector.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus.
