We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s office to provide administrative and logistical support to our Chief Executive Officer.
As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s office.

Main point of contact with other departments
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree and/or Secretarial Course.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative position working alongside C-level management
Public sector experience would be advantageous.
Bilingual proficiency (Oral & Written) in both Arabic and English.
Demonstrated experience in administration, executive PA, and office management in a pressurized environment.
Proficient in diary management and travel coordination.
Expertise in Outlook; Intermediate level in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and coordinate with others.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.
Salary: 24-29k AED plus family benefits
