Robert Half are working with a company based in DIFC, looking to hire an Office Manager for a 12 month contract.
The Role
As the Office Manager in DIFC you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, current or previous DIFC experience essential. You will manage all office operations, budgets, expenses along with scheduling meetings to ensure the business is supported in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage office operations and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
Manage the office budget and ensure all office expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
Handle incoming calls and emails and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Clerical support to all employees (i.e., salary certificates / NOCs/ company support letters)
The Candidate
This is a 12 months contract where the candidate must have DIFC experience and experience of working with senior level professionals.
