Job Summary:
The Office Girl is responsible for supporting the office operations by performing a variety of tasks to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. This role involves providing refreshments, maintaining office cleanliness, running errands, and assisting staff with day-to-day needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Refreshments and Hospitality:
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Ensure kitchen and pantry areas are clean, organized, and stocked with essentials.
• Office Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Maintain cleanliness of the office, including desks, common areas, and restrooms.
• Empty trash bins, dust surfaces, and clean floors.
• Administrative Support:
• Deliver documents, packages, and correspondence within the office or to external locations.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, and organizing files.
• Errands:
• Purchase office supplies or run errands as directed by the supervisor.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely receipt of office essentials.
• General Assistance:
• Support staff with minor tasks and provide assistance during meetings or events.
• Ensure the office environment is welcoming and professional.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance practices.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Polite, reliable, and well-mannered.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500\.00 - AED1,800\.00 per month
