Job Title: Office Girl Job Summary: The Office Girl cum Housekeeping Staff will play a dual role, providing essential administrative support and maintaining cleanliness and order within the office environment. This position requires a proactive individual who will be able to communicate in English. Key Responsibilities: Assist with routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Distribute internal mail and packages. Prepare and serve beverages (e.g., tea, coffee) for staff and visitors. Assist in setting up meeting rooms for events or meetings. Help with organizing and maintaining office supplies. Ensure the office interior environment is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Basic understanding of office operations and housekeeping practices. Good professional demeanor and able to communicate in English. Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
