We are looking to hire an experienced office assistant (female) who has minimum 1 - 2 yrs of experience in real estate. some common tasks and responsibilities includes:
1)Answering phone calls, emails, and other communication channels and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
2)Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings and events.
3)Maintaining and organizing files, records, and other documents.
4)Performing general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
5)Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
6)Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
7)Assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments.
8)Assisting with HR functions, such as maintaining employee files and processing new hire paperwork.
9)Assisting with basic IT tasks, such as setting up and troubleshooting computer equipment.
10)Warm personality with strong communication skills.
11)Ability to work well under limited supervision.
12)Great communication skills.
Also language required: English (fluent), Hindi(fluent)

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
