We are looking for outgoing and energetic Office Girl cum Messenger to support recruitment team by managing office tasks, organizing recruitment arrangements outside the office, and acting as a liaison between recruitment officers and applicants.Job Responsibilities:
Assist recruitment officers with admin tasks and documentation preparation related to recruitment.
Organize and coordinate recruitment arrangements outside the office, including scheduling candidate interviews both online and on site.
Act as a messenger between recruitment officers and applicants, delivering important information, documents, and updates in a timely manner
Assist in distributing recruitment tools, materials, and flyers to external locations to attract potential applicants.
Engage with communities and networks to bring in suitable applicants for required roles.
Assist in the preparation and scheduling of candidate interviews, orientations, and other recruitment-related activities.
Provide basic assistance to candidates by helping them complete forms, submit documents, and navigate administrative processes.
Required Education & Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Open to UAE freshers, but relevant experience is a plus.
Skills Required:
Basic administrative and clerical skills.
Strong organizational skills, particularly for managing recruitment arrangements outside the office.
Ability to assist in spreading recruitment materials and actively engage to bring in applicants.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to convey messages clearly between officers and applicants.
