Role Description

The Office Happiness Girl's main purpose is to ensure that all works related to keeping office premises clean, welcoming visitor, preparing coffee, monitor company equipment, and manage annual maintenance contract.

Responsibilities

Tea and Coffee Service:

Serve tea and coffee to staff and office visitors in a timely and courteous manner.

Ensure that the kitchen and pantry are stocked with necessary supplies for beverage service.

Office Kitchen Maintenance:

Clean the office kitchen daily, including washing dishes, utensils, and countertops.

Maintain a hygienic environment in the kitchen area.

Waste Disposal:

Responsible for the proper disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable materials.

Follow waste management guidelines to maintain a clean and environmentally friendly workspace.

Equipment and Supplies Monitoring:

Monitor the use of office equipment and supplies, reporting any issues promptly.

Assist in maintaining an inventory of office supplies and reorder when necessary.

Visitor and Employee Support:

Address queries or requests from visitors and employees with a helpful and positive attitude.

Direct visitors to appropriate personnel and provide general assistance as needed.

Equipment Maintenance Coordination:

Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment in collaboration with relevant service providers.

Report any malfunctioning equipment promptly to ensure a smooth workflow

Personal Presentation:

Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance, reflecting a professional image.

Adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.

Outdoor Tasks:

Be willing to move outside the office for tasks directed by the management, such as errands or deliveries.

Office Premises and Kitchen Cleanliness:

Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises and kitchen at all times.

Qualifications

• A Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.

• B Experience:

- 2+ years' experience working in a development role.

• C Skills and Competencies:

- Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.

- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.

- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

- Effective communication skills.

- Detail-oriented.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
