Responsibilities:
• Office Filings: Maintain and organize documents and files.
• HR and Admin Works: Assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, and handle administrative tasks.
• Bookkeeping and Accounting: Prepare records and reports.
• Client Coordination: Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members about project updates and requirements.
• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, maintain policies, and ensure a productive work environment.
• Procurement Assistance: Source and purchase office supplies, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in office management, HR, or accounting preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.
Skills:
• Attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
The Office Engineer will ensure smooth office operations and support project management efforts.
